I called around 8:25 AM, before their open time, and the receptionist answered my call with patience and care! Dr. Lo treated me with her great experience and expertise, and she explained all the necessary details patiently! I have had dental anxiety each time when I see the dentist, but with Dr. Lo, I am much more relaxed (Dr. Lo could sense my anxiety and address it properly with care and alternatives during treatment.).
