Great , affordable and easy service. A few fragile things from our packages were broken unfortunately, but that was likely the result of poor packing and getting thrown around by local Czech delivery firms. The Polimex associate who helped us was Natalia and she was great help when it came to finding out status on our boxes, and everything else in the process. 🙂

Parcel from Toronto to Netherlands (by sea) delivered in 7 weeks. The box looks 'beaten up' on arrival but everything inside was intact. I guess you shouldn't ship valuable items with them, but for the modest shipping price it's really good value. Would recommend.
